RunPhones.com offers a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your RunPhones® product, you may return it for a full product refund (excluding shipping) at any time within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please remember to include a copy of your receipt and all components of the product, such as the USB cable and chargers. Refunds for purchases from third-party resellers on e-commerce sites like Amazon, eBay, etc. are not processed.

For exchanges, if you feel the product is malfunctioning and it was purchased within a year, please remove the damaged parts from the headband and send them to be replaced. You may keep the undamaged parts i.e. headband. If you would like a different size, an upgrade/downgrade, etc., they would be happy to accommodate your request. If there is an increase in price, please send a check made out to AcousticSheep LLC.

The shipping policy of RunPhones.com is as follows: Domestic First Class shipping is $5.00 and is free on orders over $25. The handling time is 1-2 business days and the transit time is 3-7 business days. You will receive email confirmation with a tracking number. For international shipping, the rates and transit times vary. Please note that you are responsible for all customs and import taxes for your country when you pick up your package.
